2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

3. Data Use and Integration

By using our services, you authorize Amaze Software to interact with your Amazon account data via Amazon's SP-API on your behalf. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for errors originating from Amazon's systems or third-party services.

4. Amazon Integration & Affiliation

Amaze Software is an officially approved application listed on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore. Our platform integrates with Amazon's SP-API to assist Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) sellers in managing returns more efficiently. We are independently owned and operated and are not an affiliate, subsidiary, or partner of Amazon.com, Inc. Use of our software in connection with your Amazon Seller account is subject to Amazon's policies and terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding on this Site are the property of Amaze Software and protected by law. You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or modify our platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or suitability for your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaze Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services.

9. No Liability for Integration or Automation Failures

While Amaze Software strives to provide accurate, reliable automation for returns processing and inventory management, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Amaze Software is not liable for any incorrect inventory adjustments, erroneous refund issuances, or missed returns caused by bugs, outages, or errors in our platform;
  • Amaze Software relies on Amazon's SP-API, which is a third-party service subject to change or interruption at any time. We are not responsible for service disruptions, latency, or inaccuracies resulting from Amazon system changes or outages;
  • You remain responsible for verifying your inventory, orders, and refund statuses periodically. The software is a tool to assist your operations but does not replace human oversight.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amaze Software shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, orders, customers, or data due to platform malfunctions, integration failures, or Amazon-side issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware's courts.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
