Amaze Software is a product of Omnitek Group LLC. References to "Amaze Software," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Omnitek Group LLC.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, password, account status, confirmation status, and billing status
  • Amazon Data: General order details, product identifiers, refund status, return quantities, SKU information, and inventory-related data available through Amazon SP-API. Sensitive information such as payment information is not provided to us by SP-API.
  • Usage and Operational Data: Log files, device/browser information, referrer, page path, hashed IP address, and product events such as signup, email confirmation, Amazon connection, checkout, refresh requests, queued returns, inventory jobs, support/contact submissions, and admin actions.

  • To provide and improve our Services
  • To connect securely to your Amazon FBM account
  • To communicate with you (e.g. support, updates)
  • To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, understand onboarding and product usage, and improve founder/operator decisions

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with:

  • Amazon (via SP-API)
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality

4. Data Security

We use encryption, secure storage, access controls, CSRF protection, rate limits, and operational monitoring to protect your data. Amazon refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

5. User Rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EU or California), you may have rights to access, delete, or modify your data. Email us to request this.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for session handling and may use analytics-related cookies or server-side product events to understand usage. You can disable browser cookies, but some authenticated app features may stop working.

7. Data Retention

We keep account and operational records as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Unconfirmed accounts may be removed automatically after a limited period, and analytics events may be pruned according to our retention settings.

8. Amazon Compliance

We follow Amazon's SP-API data handling policies, including secure data storage and access logging.
