FOR ALL NIGHTS (if you have jobs to be executed at 12am) DO NOT EDIT YOUR INVENTORY BETWEEN 11:00pm - 2:00am Est

If you manually press on the buttons increase inventory for single tasks or all tasks: DO NOT edit your inventory in Amazon Seller Central within 1 HOUR BEFORE or 2 HOURS AFTER. This may lead to inaccuracies in your inventory.

Example: You press the link at 5:00pm. Then DO NOT touch inventory between 4:00pm and 7:00pm

We recommend allowing the website to execute the increase in inventory at midnight 12am Est to avoid this issue.


Instructions When Signing Up for the First Time

1. Go to Account and press on the button to connect your Amazon account

2. Press on the button to Subscribe to Amaze-Software

**If you wish to get started right away, go to home and press on the "Refresh Returns and Inventory" Button. Give it a few minutes to load your returns data.

Every night at 12:00am EST the application will automatically reload your returns data and increase the inventory of the jobs you added to your jobs table.

YOU ARE READY TO BEGIN!!!



Instructions: Day To Day Use

1. Scan the barcode of the return label. The returns info will appear.

2. If you wish to add the returned item to inventory, press "Add To QUEUE"

3. When you are done with a batch of returns, press "Add To Jobs". (You can add multiple queues to the JOBS table. You can also remove them from the JOBS table or save them for later.)

YOU ARE ALL SET. INVENTORY WILL BE INCREASED AT 12:00am EST !!



Returns data

- This website only accesses data for returns within the last 60 days

- Refreshing returns will return a STATUS of FATAL if you have no return data in the last 60 days

- Increasing inventory for a sku will fail if it is not listed in your inventory



Troubleshooting

Steps if increasing inventory fails:

1. Make sure the skus rejected are actively listed in your inventory

2. Make sure Amazon Token is not expired (See in account. Have to refresh once a year.)


Steps if refreshing returns fails:

1. Check if you have returns in the last 60 days

2. Make sure Amazon Token is not expired (See in account. Have to refresh once a year.)
