Day-To-Day Use
Important

DO NOT edit your inventory between 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST on nights when jobs execute at midnight.

If you manually execute tasks, do not edit inventory within 1 hour before or 2 hours after execution.

Example: If you execute at 5:00 PM, avoid edits between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Recommended: Allow the site to execute increases at 12:00 AM EST.

Instructions: First-Time Setup
  1. Go to Account and connect your Amazon account
  2. Subscribe to Amaze-Software

Optional: Press "Refresh Returns and Inventory" on Home to get started immediately.

Every night at 12:00 AM EST the app reloads returns and increases items in your Jobs.

Instructions: Day-To-Day Use
  1. Scan the barcode of the return label – returns info appears
  2. Press "Add To Queue" if you want to restock
  3. Press "Add To Jobs" when done with a batch; you can add multiple queues
Returns Data
  • Only accesses returns within the last 60 days
  • Refresh may show FATAL if no returns exist
  • Increasing inventory fails if SKU is not listed
  • Refresh Status meanings:
    • SUCCESSFUL(1): Return details loaded (item name, SKU, reason, refund, etc.). You can use the app now; address and inventory may still be blank until later steps finish.
    • SUCCESSFUL(2): Inventory fetched and saved. You’ll now see estimated inventory values.
    • SUCCESSFUL(3): Addresses fetched and saved. You’ll now see customer/return addresses. This is the final step.
Troubleshooting
If increasing inventory fails:
  • Ensure rejected SKUs are listed in inventory
  • Ensure Amazon Token is not expired
If refreshing returns fails:
  • Check if you have returns in the last 60 days
  • Ensure Amazon Token is not expired
