With Amaze-Software: 4 Seconds Per Return

1. Scan the barcode of the package returned and just like that see all of the return information
2. If you would like to restock the item, simply add it to the queue and it will restock at 12:00am EST every night

It’s as simple as that!!!

Old Process Without Amaze-Software: 45 Seconds Per Return

1. Manually look up the order-id or buyer’s name in “Manage Returns”
2. Click on it to see if it was refunded
3. If the quality is good and you would like to restock, search the SKU in “Manage Inventory” and manually enter a number one greater than the previous value.

Instructions When Signing Up for the First Time

1. Create an account
2. Go to "Account" and press on the button to connect your Amazon account. (Follows Amazon's OAuth 2.0 Authorization secure protocol. You can unlink your account at any time.))
3. Press on the button to Subscribe to Amaze-Software. (All sensitive payment information is handled and protected by Stripe, the most trusted and secure payment processing platform used by millions of businesses worldwide.)

If you wish to get started right away, go to home and press on the "Refresh Returns and Inventory" Button. Give it a few minutes to load your returns data.

Every night at 12:00am EST the application will automatically reload your returns data and increase the inventory of the jobs you added to your jobs table.
